Reena Ginwala – A
Certfied trainer with CNVC – India
I live in rural Dharamshala; in the Himalayas in India; in close vicinity to His Holiness the Dalai Lama. The energy of compassion is palpable in the air and NVC Consciousness integrated processes and tools help me live my purpose of ‘Being’ Peace, holding Community with care and hope, facilitating conflict reconciliation as a Mediator and offering my Presence to explore core needs wanting to be fulfilled with strategies that consider all needs. All this I attempt with self care, humility and acceptance of myself as I am – ‘a work in progress’
I am blessed with memories of being soothed by Marshall sharing NVC at the IIT in Pune 2006. I was resentful, angry and depressed as I faced my new reality as a single parent to 3 daughters. From then till now, its been a deep healing, transformative life and my daughters and I face our challenges with grace and thrive as we grow and manifest the change we long for.
Now I walk towards conflict with openness, curiosity and care. I commit to showing up for what matters to me from a Needs lens. My current passion is for social change through NVC in 3 regional languages Gujarati, Hindi and Marathi in India; so each one has opportunities to reclaim their dignity, safety and well-being. I realize that systemic change is as critical as social change. I am diving deep into understanding the impact of colonization and unpacking the way I am limited by power and privilege in a global setting. I am keen to connect with and hold dialogues with people from diverse contexts as we walk each other home as liberated, empowered, mutually enriched human beings.

It is my wish that parents give their children roots and wings on their way. My contribution to this is training, consultation, mediation, coaching and books.
As an Assessor, I would like to accompany people who have made the decision to become a Certified Trainer with CNVC. I will bring this decision to maturity, share my experiences and prepare for the time afterwards. My titles: Systemic mediator in companies and organizations, coach, graduate social pedagogue (FH). Above all, I am: human

Certified Trainer with CNVC – Slovenia
Being human at first, finding a precious gift of Life in me and any other living being, thru connection and empathy, is the main aim of Life in me. Deeply connected with mother Nature I’m in my quest toward exploration, joy, growth, care, love, and admire the beauty of needs and feelings Life brings to us.
My mission and my goals involve activities that are supporting individuals finding their authenticity, the fullness of life and awareness; connecting people, building “power with” communities based on equality of all needs, and using forms of communication and full embodiment to support connecting individuals and groups into their essence, conciseness and spirituality.
Working as a trainer, expert, adviser, manager, father, and teacher for over 30 years I gathered a broad variety of experiences and I’m very keen on sharing them with other individuals, couples, in business environments and especially enjoying reinventing teams, organizations, and communities.

Vega Moon – F
Certified Trainer with CNVC, India/Korea
I live in Auroville, an international intentional community in India. I find joy and fulfillment in practicing and sharing Nonviolent Communication (NVC), movement and dance, Sufi meditation, and Awareness Through the Body (ATB).
I have a profound trust in the transformative power of NVC to change ourselves and the world. My vision is to see NVC embraced in every corner of the globe. My focus is on sharing NVC, particularly in an embodied way that integrates NVC consciousness into daily living.
I am passionate about living life as a lover, as Marshall Rosenberg described it: feeling, giving, doing, and manifesting love. My goal is to support people in reconnecting with their intrinsic love and beauty, and the Beloved Divine Energy within us.
To make this vision a reality, I develop and integrate various tools with NVC, helping people experience a loving presence more easily in their bodies. This way, NVC becomes not just a communication tool, but a way of living.
I work with individuals and groups from diverse backgrounds to help them lead more fulfilling and connected lives.

Sriram – H
Certification Candidate, Nepal
I am Sri Ram Timilsina, and I am passionate about sharing Nonviolent Communication (NVC) through workshops, training, and coaching in family, educational, and corporate settings among national and international schools and communities. As the co-founder of The School of Nonviolence Inc., I integrate NVC and social-emotional education for sustainable social change and educational transformation. My journey with NVC began in 2009 while teaching in schools, seeking innovative ways to foster connection and collaboration. This led me to establish an NVC practice group and travel across Nepal with the campaign “Coloring Nepal with NVC.”
As the coordinator for the Socio-Emotional Education Program (SEEP 2024) at The School of Nonviolence Inc. and NVC Practice Group Nepal, I develop and deliver courses on Social and Emotional Education (SEE). I facilitate workshops on compassionate communication for students, teachers, community leaders, women’s groups, and youth forums. My focus is on strengthening emotional intelligence, nurturing relationships, fostering collaboration with freedom and choice, and nurturing young leaders and changemakers by instilling essential life skills beyond the classroom. Residing in Pokhara, Nepal, with my wife and two sons, I embody empathy and nonviolent communication in my daily life. I am eager to connect, listen, learn, and share my wisdom to enhance life for everyone, making NVC practice enjoyable and accessible.
